As a Customer Service Representative for the Spanish speaking regions, it is your goal to source and buy overstock. At the same time you build, maintain and grow fruitful relationships with relevant companies. You do this by actively doing acquisition to new and existing accounts, offering the highest possible service in your designated region and support the account managers in your region to the fullest, helping them handle cases.

This is what you like to do

  • Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships
  • Find new sources of overstock and be first point of contact for companies reaching out by email or chat
  • Assist account manager(s) in your region


What do we have to offer you?

  • Money, of course. Scaling depending on work experience. Maximum scaling up to €2.800,- gross per month
  • A nice working-from-home fee of €2,65 euros per day, because at ASM you get the opportunity and tools to work from home too.

  • 28 vacation days on a full-time basis if you promise to go on vacation. ASM offers a holiday allowance of 8.5% instead of 8%.

  • Travel expense allowance of €0,23 per kilometer (starting at a minimum of a one way trip of 10 kilometers and a maximum of €180 per month)

Vereisten

This is you

  • You speak Spanish on a native level and are fluent in English
  • You are available from 11:00h - 20:00h twice per week, the rest of the week from 08:30 until 17:00h.
  • You have a commercial mindset, enthusiasm and good negotiation skills
  • Experience with systems as Office 365 or Excel
