Customer Service Representative French

As a Customer Service Representative for the French speaking regions, it is your goal to source and buy overstock. At the same time you build, maintain and grow fruitful relationships with relevant companies. You do this by actively doing acquisition to new and existing accounts, offering the highest possible service in your designated region and support the account managers in your region to the fullest, helping them handle cases.

This is what you like to do

• Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships
• Find new sources of overstock and be first point of contact for companies reaching out by email or chat
• Assist account manager(s) in your region

What do we have to offer you?

• Money, of course. Scaling depending on work experience. Maximum scaling up to €2.870,-
• A nice working-from-home fee of €2,65 euros per day, because at ASM you get the opportunity and tools to work from home too.

This is you

• Native-level French language and professional working proficiency in English required
• You have a commercial mindset, enthusiasm and good negotiation skills
• Experience with systems as Office 365 or Excel
